This site was rebranded in 2016 using WordPress and WooCommerce. The site followed Brigham and Women’s Hospital brand guidelines while incorporating the gift shops own brand.
“When The Shop on the Pike decided to pursue a live e-commerce site for the Brigham and Women’s Hospital Gift Shop there were many challenges and obstacles to climb. Our site needed to reflect the proper image for our institution, one of Boston’s finest hospitals. We needed to comply with many guidelines set by Partners Health Care, our parent corporation. But most importantly we wanted a site that was attractive and easy to navigate both for the customer and our staff. Blue Iris Web Design managed to achieve all of these goals and beyond.
Not only do we have an attractive web site, but it is one that is fully integrated with the “look and feel” of the other sites associated with the hospital. It is superbly easy to navigate from the front end to the back.
